Socialize. Exercise. Relax.

Formerly a dairy farm, ROAM Camp occupies 50 acres in the rolling hills of Wayne County, PA and is approximately 2.5 hours from New York City. Presently, a virtual “doggy compound”, the farm offers a host of supervised activities for dogs including freedom to roam in our fenced in grass-covered dog run, swimming in the pond, hiking the property, playing in the trout stream and drinking from the natural springs.

How ROAM Works

When you choose ROAM for your pup, we require a 3-night minimum stay. Those stays are based on our complementary door-to-door transportation from NYC on Mondays and Thursdays. If your schedule does not align with our complimentary transportation days, we may be able to accommodate alternate day pickups and/or drop offs, which will incur an additional charge.
To book a stay, all dogs (and their parents) must be registered in our system. If you’re a long-time client or new to ROAM you will need to register on our client portal to book any overnight stays. Click the link below to register and get started!

MEET THE TEAM

Seth Cooper
Founder & Owner

Seth has been the owner and proprietor of ROAM (formerly Canine Country Quarters) in Northeast PA since 2009. Born and raised in Indiana, Seth relocated to New York for university and earned a BA in finance. Following the subprime crisis, Seth left his Wall Street job to return to his country roots and has successfully run this operation ever since. With several dogs in his own pack, Seth believes that dogs are family and that when separated from their families, being confined to a crate or kennel can exacerbate an already stressful situation. He runs ROAM on the philosophy that family dogs fare much better with human contact and an active lifestyle, especially when they are away from their own family. ROAM was created to disrupt the traditional boarding model to create a home away from home for our furriest family members.
